envirowall™ combines the benefits of our fast track walling system with a robust and durable wall
panel which consists of 100% recycled material.
The envirowall™ panel is produced using ordinary materials in an extraordinary way. Raw gypsum,
cellulose fibres from recycled paper and water are combined to form a homogenous mass, which is
then formed into a dense sheet material. After curing, the large format boards are cut to size.
The manufacturing technique is not only unique because of the material it produces, but also due
to the fact the process itself is fully recycling. All by-products are fed back into the system, ensuring
no waste is produced. Both the product and the process have been awarded the coveted
Rosenheim Institute of Construction Biology and Ecology certificate and is currently being reviewed
with BREEAM and European environment standards.
What is truly impressive about this panel is that it does all this whilst combining high levels of fire
resistance, moisture resistance, impact strength and screw holding ability.
We are also currently trialling a sustainable panel which is produced from natural material and
provides similar environmental benefits. More information will be available soon.
